We provide Cash on Delivery for your convenience and to build trust while shopping with us.

However, placing a COD order without the intention of accepting it, or rejecting the parcel without a genuine reason, is unfair and causes a significant loss to our business. We pay shipping, return shipping, packaging, insurance and handling charges for every rejected order.

Please place a COD order only when you are genuinely ready to receive and pay for the parcel.

Every order is quality-checked twice, securely packed, sealed and shipped with insurance. For this reason, our delivery partners do not offer open-box delivery.

We take every possible step to ensure you receive the correct product in proper condition.

All our outfits are made to order after your order is confirmed. We do not keep ready-to-ship stock, so please allow sufficient time for preparation and delivery.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.

• Prepaid orders are given priority and shipped through express delivery.
• Cash on Delivery orders are shipped through standard delivery.

Delivery timelines may be slightly affected by Sundays, public holidays, remote locations or unexpected courier delays

We accept returns for unused products that are in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. After the returned product reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect it and approve the refund on the same day if it meets our return conditions.

Please note that the refunded amount may take a few additional business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
