Welcome to www.wearyourglamour.com ("Website"). This Website is owned and operated by Jaishree Ecommerce ("Wear Your Glamour", "we", "us", "our"), having its office at 226 Shivalik Arcade, Near Henny Arcade, Dabholi, Surat – 395004, Gujarat, India.

By accessing or purchasing from this Website, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Products & Accuracy

We sell women's ethnic wear including sarees, lehenga cholis, anarkali suits, gowns, and Indian dresses.

We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and details accurately. However, slight color variation may occur due to photography lighting and differences in screen displays.

Products with handwork, embroidery, sequins, beads, or mirror work may show minor variations, as each piece is partly handcrafted. Minor variation is not a defect.

Product measurements and size charts are provided on product pages. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes for orders within India.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) within India.

For COD orders above Rs. 5,000, a 10% advance payment may be required to confirm the order. Our team will contact you for confirmation.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. Offers & Discounts

Promotional offers (for example, extra discount on prepaid orders) are valid only for the period displayed on the Website and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

Compared ("regular") prices shown with a discount reflect the price at which the product was previously offered on this Website.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, and international delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, strikes, etc.). We will keep you informed of any significant delay.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information (name, address, phone number) when placing an order. Extra re-delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer shall be borne by the customer.

Wear Your Glamour shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, strikes, or courier disruptions.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
