Shipping Within India

FREE shipping on all orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most pincodes in India.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through reputed couriers (FedEx, DHL, and similar partners).

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination country and package weight. International shipping is NOT free.

International delivery typically takes 10–15 working days depending on the destination.

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges (if any) are the customer's responsibility and are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are not collected by us.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of significant delays.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait up to 15 days for courier confirmation and then either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and pincode before placing the order.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering and before dispatch.

Re-shipping costs caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer will be borne by the customer.
